This free 1 hour online class focuses mainly on practical techniques and strategies for reducing stress, facial tension and improving your overall well-being, particularly in the context of prolonged screen time. This class is important for people who sit in front of the screen for work on a daily basis.
The tools and techniques will be mainly based on reducing the following conditions,
- Eye strain and fatigue, headaches, dry eyes, blurred vision
- Facial tension and fatigue, Brain fog
- Sleep problems
- Posture problems, neck and shoulder pain
