This free 1 hour online class focuses mainly on practical techniques and strategies for reducing stress, facial tension and improving your overall well-being, particularly in the context of prolonged screen time. This class is important for people who sit in front of the screen for work on a daily basis.

The tools and techniques will be mainly based on reducing the following conditions,

  • Eye strain and fatigue, headaches, dry eyes, blurred vision
  • Facial tension and fatigue, Brain fog
  • Sleep problems
  • Posture problems, neck and shoulder pain

The class includes both simple practical techniques and teachings based on yoga and ayurveda. The course is live and interactive: After the class, there will be a Q&A session.
