Govind teaches from the traditional spiritual teachings that have been used for thousands of years in India to Balance the mind, body & Spirit in a busy life. In the course here, you will learn to loosen emotional blockages and self-heal to become more present in the actions in daily life. This 11 weeks course combines physical asanas, pranayama, relaxation, meditation, mantras, Detox, yogic psychology and philosophical teachings with ayurvedic principles. 

The classes include both physical asanas and philosophical teachings. The course is live and interactive: After each class, there will be 15 min. Q&A with Govind. You will also get the video recording of each class after the class is finished. so in case, you miss a session or you want to repeat, it’s available for 7 days.
