Your relationships—both with yourself and others—are shaped by a unique combination of your Ayurvedic constitution (doshas), psychological patterns as well as Astrology (zodiac sign). This workshop offers a transformative approach to understanding these influences and how they interact, helping you cultivate balance in all aspects of life.
By exploring these three perspectives, you will gain insight into how your body-mind constitution, thoughts, emotions, behavior and energy shape your life. You will learn how imbalances in it can manifest as physical health challenges, emotional struggles, or mental blocks, and how these patterns influence your interactions with family, friends, and work.
Understanding these aspects can help you recognize where energy is blocked within you, what happens when you are not in alignment with your natural constitution, and how you can open up, release and restore balance.
With this awareness and the simple, effective tools provided in this workshop—including insights from Yogic Psychology and yoga asanas—you will be able to bring greater harmony between your inner self and outer interactions.
