Yoga and meditation with the Indian yoga master Govind.
This course is for you who wants simple and effective yoga and meditation tools that are compatible with a busy day. You can take out the tools and use them to rediscover the inner peace in the midst of the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The yoga course runs over 12 weeks and consists of a combination of physical yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises, meditation and philosophical teachings from the Indian yoga tradition.
Govind, who was born and raised in India, has learned the ancient techniques from his yoga masters in the Himalayas, Kerala and Tiruvannamalai. For the past 15 years, he has lived in Europe (the last few years in Herning), after receiving a call to awaken the spiritual practice in the West. Therefore, you can expect authentic Indian yoga lessons adapted to the Western way of life – and based on Govind’s 30 years of experience.

- The classes will be in simple English.
The teaching will take place in Herning and will be changed to online teaching if covid restrictions arise again.
