About the Program
Through soft but powerful yoga practices, guided reflections, and heart-opening processes, you will have space to:
- Notice and release the inner “no” patterns that keep you small
- Connect with your true desires and healthy boundaries
- Let go of guilt and fear around choosing yourself
- Open body and mind to receive new opportunities
- Create a personal plan to live with more freedom and self-respect
Who Can Join
Everyone is welcome — no previous yoga experience is needed. Practices are gentle, supportive, and adaptable for all levels.
Program Schedule
Saturday, November 15
- 10:00–13:00 — Opening circle, gentle grounding practices, and introduction to the “Yes” mindset. Asana, breathwork (pranayama), and meditation to release resistance.
- 13:00–15:00 — Lunch / rest / nature time
- 15:00–17:30 — Self-reflection processes, group/partner exercises, and practical tools to strengthen your connection with your inner truth. Closing with a guided relaxation.
Sunday, November 16
- 09:30–12:30 — Designing your personal “Yes Map” for 2026 and beyond. Closing ceremony with anchoring practices and tools to integrate your intentions into daily life.

Accommodation
For participants coming from long distances or abroad only. Shared room with bed, toilet, and washbasin (no shower). Please bring your own bedding. Price: 150 DKK per night per person. Rooms are located about 15 minutes’ walking distance from the venue. Limited rooms available – please book early.

HEALING THE MASCULINE & FEMININE WITHIN YOU
– A workshop for balanced living with Govind Radhakrishnan
Each of us holds two vital energies: the masculine and the feminine. These are not about gender—but about two natural forces we all carry: action and receptivity, structure and flow, doing and being. When they are in balance, we experience clarity, confidence, creativity, and connection. When they are not, we feel it—as inner tension, confusion, emotional overwhelm, burnout, or patterns that keep repeating.
This workshop creates a space to understand and transform those inner imbalances. Through simple but powerful tools from yogic psychology, guided meditation, and body-based practices, you will explore how the wounded masculine can express as control, overthinking, aggression, over-responsibility, fear of feeling—and how the wounded feminine may appear as chaos, emotional overwhelm, confusion, fatigue, passivity and seeking approval. You’ll learn to recognize these energies in yourself and others—and how to gently shift towards the balanced masculine (presence, awareness, direction) and balanced feminine (intuition, flow, trust). This is a practical and deep weekend of self-understanding, healing, and inner alignment.
There will be time to reflect, release, and integrate—with no need for prior experience. You don’t need to be a yoga practitioner or spiritual seeker. Whether you often feel too much or not at all, whether you’re always doing or unsure how to act—this space is for you. Just come with an open heart.
