Have you felt it is difficult to get along with everybody in the family, friend circle and work-related network? But some characteristics in other people attract you more than others.
Some people are hard for you to interact with while others find it easy. Maybe you and your partner are triggering each other in different ways? Or are you struggling with relation to a family member or co-worker? In this workshop, you will get surprising insight into the ancient philosophy and practice of Ayurveda. You will learn how to understand yourself and others in a new relational aspect.
Only when you know and understand the complexity of your own being will you be able to raise yourself to the next level.
Many people come across the word Ayurveda, both in terms of yoga, health and general body awareness. The perception of what Ayurveda is, however, can be vastly different, some associating it with pleasant oil massage at the beach others with natural medicine.
Ayurveda extends far and wide, covering a range of perceptions about our body, mind and life as a whole, but basically, Ayurveda can be used as a manual for the body and mind that you are born with. Ayurveda can help us better understand our own personality and how it interacts with others and life itself.
This workshop consists of physical Yogic tools derived from asanas Combined with Yogic Psychological tools. Govind classes are always based on principles of Ayurveda, Yoga, Astrology & Tantra
The workshop is conducted in easy-to-understand English, and you do not need to have experience with Ayurveda to participate, just the desire and curiosity to learn. The workshop is for men and women of all ages who are curious about all that yoga has to offer in addition to the physical exercises.
