Yoga for the Busy Mind

Santhi Yoga offers a six-week online course for all who are just a little bit too busy. With this course, Govind will teach how it doesn’t have to take a huge effort to regain balance in a busy and stressful everyday life.

The online course is divided into six modules. Every week, a new module, with videos, guidance, and extra material. The course is built on a foundation of basic exercises that will be repeated and expanded upon as the weeks pass, while Govind will keep a focus on specific subjects each week. This way, you can receive the teachings at your own pace, and the material will always be available to you, so you can go back and refresh your memory or get inspired.

Module 2

Breathing

Module 3

Grounding

Focus this week will be on grounding yourself. Not only through exercises but also through the food you eat. You will get advice on food that promotes grounding, and you will get simple recipes on dishes and other ideas you can implement in your daily life.

Module 4

Inner Peace & Balance

You are now halfway into the course and this week we will be working with our inner peace and balance. This could be a deep and emotional experience for you. Be open!

Module 5

Morning Habits

This week we will be working with healthy morning habits. Getting a positive beginning of the day can keep you in balance for the rest of the day.

Module 6

Meditation
