Join live yoga classes every week with Govind Radhakrishnan who will guide these basic yoga exercises. Suitable for those who wants to begin a yoga practice or keep up with an existing one.

The classes are for all ages, genders and levels of experience




About the classes

During the classes, you learn about which types of yoga and which positions are beneficial for you and you will build up a yoga practice that you can continue in between the classes and after the classes have ended.

We begin each class with a short warm up and end of with a nice and calming relaxation.

The classes will be held in easy understandable English.
