After 17 years of spreading peace and wisdom in Europe, Santhi Yoga is finally getting its own place in Herning. Santhi Yoga Shala will be our new home, a center for peace and study where we plan to host weekend retreats, workshops, group activities, classes, and gatherings. We dream it as the vibrant heart of Santhi Yoga in Herning, welcoming everyone from all parts of Europe. Our location is easily accessible, making it convenient for you to join us for our various activities.

Who can join?: These classes are designed for everyone. Whether you are new or a seasoned yoga practitioner, you can join. Classes are in simple English and can be easily understood and practiced by anyone. All are welcome.

Govind teaches from the traditional spiritual teachings that have been used for thousands of years in India to balance the mind, body & Spirit in a busy life.

In this course, you will learn how to gain life energy (prana) to stay active this winter and how to balance yourself during the transition from autumn to winter. You will also learn to loosen emotional blockages and self-heal to become more present in your daily actions. This 14-week course combines physical asanas, pranayama, relaxation, meditation, mantras, detox, yogic psychology, and philosophical teachings with Ayurvedic and astrological principles.
