Free trial online classes are beneficial – By attending the free trial classes itself, you will learn simple daily practices to release the built-up tension in your mind & body (in regions associated to your chakras) and reduce the stress to calm yourself and regain balance.


Who can join?: These classes are designed for everyone. Whether you are new or a seasoned yoga practitioner, you can join. Classes are in simple English and can be easily understood and practiced by anyone. All are welcome.

In the weekly online classes starting on September, you will learn how to gain life energy (prana) to stay active this winter and how to balance yourself during the transition from autumn to winter. You will also learn to loosen emotional blockages and self-heal to become more present in your daily actions. This 15-week course combines physical asanas, pranayama, relaxation, meditation, mantras, detox, yogic psychology, and philosophical teachings with Ayurvedic and astrological principles.
