About the workshop
Pranayama is an ancient traditional breathing technique that directs life energy into the body via the meridians. It’s a technique that provides more quality out of each breath The technique brings about awareness on your breathing in your daily life and you will learn how your breath can support you when facing challenging situations. Your breath is the source to inner peace and you always have it with you. It’s just a matter of making use of it in the right way.
In this workshop, you will learn the basic breathing techniques of pranayama that you can make use of in your yoga practice or just everyday life. You will also be introduced to the deeper aspects of pranayama and learn how your breath can make your meditation deeper.
The workshop is in easily understandable English and is suitable for both men and women of all ages who are curious about a deeper approach to yoga. Both new and advanced yogis are welcome.
