About the Workshop

Are you navigating a sudden sense of disorientation, relationship friction, or a desire to completely rewrite your life blueprint? This November, step out of the cold grey weather and into a supportive space dedicated to your personal reset. This weekend workshop is open to everyone experiencing the powerful transition of a midlife awakening, regardless of your exact age. This is not a lecture series; it is an interactive, practical weekend where we use guided journaling and group discussions to uncover the root causes of your current life shifts, followed by immediate, real-world solutions to stabilise your life.

What We Will Explore

We will bridge these psychological shifts with ancient wisdom, explaining how rising Vata energy causes restlessness and how specific cosmic transits trigger the urge to break free. A major focus of our weekend will be navigating relationships during this transition, giving you the clarity needed to handle partnership changes and emotional shifts without panic. You do not need any background knowledge in Ayurveda or astrology to benefit. We will directly apply simple yogic tools including:

• Guided journaling
• Group discussions
• Specific dietary adjustments
• Grounding breathing techniques
• Heart-centred chanting

These practices are intended to calm your nervous system and help you manifest your next chapter from a place of absolute stability.
