Weekly yoga & meditation classes

Learn which type of yoga position is best for you and get a deeper understanding of the traditional yoga and meditation principles with Indian yoga master Govind Radhakrishnan

About the Yoga course

Many know yoga as a series of different physical exercises but yoga is all about balancing the mind. When you do yoga old blockages in both body and mind are loosened. If we don’t loosen those blocks they prevent us from developing both physically and emotionally.  

During the courses, you learn about which types of yoga and which positions are beneficial for you and you will build up a yoga practise that you can continue a long time after this course has ended.

The classes are for all ages, genders and levels of experience

Classes will take place at following timing:

11.30 – 13.00  

Price: 960 DKK (12 classes) 80 DKK per class

You need to bring your mat, pillow or/and blanket if needed.
