HEALING THE MASCULINE & FEMININE WITHIN YOU

– A workshop for balanced living with Govind Radhakrishnan

Each of us holds two vital energies: the masculine and the feminine. These are not about gender—but about two natural forces we all carry: action and receptivity, structure and flow, doing and being. When they are in balance, we experience clarity, confidence, creativity, and connection. When they are not, we feel it—as inner tension, confusion, emotional overwhelm, burnout, or patterns that keep repeating.

This workshop creates a space to understand and transform those inner imbalances. Through simple but powerful tools from yogic psychology, guided meditation, and body-based practices, you will explore how the wounded masculine can express as control, overthinking, aggression, over-responsibility, fear of feeling—and how the wounded feminine may appear as chaos, emotional overwhelm, confusion, fatigue, passivity and seeking approval. You’ll learn to recognize these energies in yourself and others—and how to gently shift towards the balanced masculine (presence, awareness, direction) and balanced feminine (intuition, flow, trust). This is a practical and deep weekend of self-understanding, healing, and inner alignment.

There will be time to reflect, release, and integrate—with no need for prior experience. You don’t need to be a yoga practitioner or spiritual seeker. Whether you often feel too much or not at all, whether you’re always doing or unsure how to act—this space is for you. Just come with an open heart.
