This is a free, open class – a chance to experience yoga and meditation in a simple and grounded way, with no commitment and no prior experience needed.

The class draws from the tools we work with in our autumn course – gentle movement, breathing practices, and meditation – all aimed at helping you find a little more steadiness in daily life.
