This is a 5-evening event. You are warmly welcome to join all five — each evening builds a deeper experience. But it is also fine to join only the evenings that fit your time. Every evening is complete by itself, and you will always be welcome.

Time: 19:30 – 20:30

Venue:  Santhi Yoga, kalundborgvej 18, Herning🔔 Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the session begins. The door will close at 19:30 sharp to honor the quiet atmosphere — so participants can settle without disturbance, and the group can move into meditation together without interruptions.

  • 7 October – Heart Meditation (Anahata Chakra) 
    Focus: Cultivating compassion, forgiveness, and emotional healing.

  • 28 October – Breath Awareness & Pranayama 
    Focus: Balancing energy, calming stress, and restoring relaxation.

  • 4 November – Trataka (Candle Gazing) 🕯
    Focus: Training concentration, quieting the mind, and deepening inner stillness.

  • 11 November – Mantra & Sound Meditation 
    Focus: Letting vibrations guide you into focus, clarity, and connection to higher energy.

  • 18 November – Yoga Nidra / Guided Relaxation 
    Focus: Entering deep rest, subconscious healing, and a gentle inner journey.

 Practical Notes

  • Pillows and blankets are available, but you’re welcome to bring your own for comfort.

  • Open for everyone — no prior experience is needed.
