11 November – Mantra & Sound Meditation
Focus: Letting vibrations guide you into focus, clarity, and connection to higher energy. -
18 November – Yoga Nidra / Guided Relaxation
Focus: Entering deep rest, subconscious healing, and a gentle inner journey.
