The United Nations General Assembly declared 21 June as the International Day of Yoga to promote global awareness of yoga’s holistic benefits for health and well-being.
In celebration of International Day of Yoga, join us for simple yoga, meditation, and relaxation.
Whether you’re running between meetings, caring for family, or simply overwhelmed, you can still find calm in the chaos. Through simple and effective yoga practices, this event helps you bring relaxation and awareness into your everyday life.

Sometimes the best way to know if something is right for you is simply to try it.
This is a free, open class – a chance to experience yoga and meditation in a simple and grounded way, with no commitment and no prior experience needed.
The class draws from the tools we work with in our autumn course – gentle movement, breathing practices, and meditation – all aimed at helping you find a little more steadiness in daily life.
