Meditation for All
A course that brings meditation into your daily life, focusing on calming the mind and finding balance within. This course guides you through simple, practical meditation techniques—using mudras, breathwork, Shavasana, and Yoga Nidra—to calm the mind and body. Work with mantras and understand chakra energy and the five elements to release emotional blocks and restore harmony in your daily life.

Yoga, Meditation & Ayurveda
This course dives deep into yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, teaching you the science and philosophy behind each practice. You will explore the connection between movement, breath, and the underlying principles of these ancient sciences—how they relate to the body, mind, and everyday life.
Govind teaches from the traditional spiritual teachings that have been used for thousands of years in India to balance the mind, body & Spirit in a busy life.
You will learn to loosen emotional blockages and self-heal to become more present in your daily actions. This 15-week course combines physical asanas, pranayama, relaxation, meditation, mantras, detox, yogic psychology, and philosophical teachings with Ayurvedic and astrological principles.

- The teaching is in simple English.
- You get the recorded video of the class so you can watch it afterwards in case you miss a class, or you want to repeat it. The video will available for 30 days.
- In case of holidays or Govind travelling, a recorded class will be sent instead of a live session.
- Things to bring (not needed for free trials): Yoga mat (+ pillow and blanket if you need them).
