Welcome to Inner Pilgrimage, a 33-week online journey through the seven chakras using yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, and simple reflective practices.

Each week guides you to understand your energy, emotions, and inner patterns in a practical and grounded way.

You will explore how chakra awareness can support everyday life – in communication, emotional steadiness, decision-making, and how you relate to yourself and others.

These qualities can also be helpful in many people-focused professional roles and in your family relationships where calm presence and clarity are important.

 You will receive a digital course certificate upon completion.

Learning Content

    Yoga means union of the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. This course takes a holistic and therapeutic approach, helping you integrate Eastern wisdom into your daily life. You’ll learn to balance your inner energy centers (chakras) and align your personal rhythm with the seasons and natural cycles.

    Chakra-Based Learning

    The course is organized into modules, each dedicated to one chakra. Every module includes:

    • Asanas — physical postures that open and harmonize the chakra
    •  Mudras & Mantras — gestures and sounds that channel energy
    • Pranayama (Breathwork) — balancing breath and emotional flow
    •  Meditation & Visualization — connecting to the inner vibration of each chakra
    • Therapeutic Insight — understanding emotional patterns, inner conflicts, and transformation tools
    • Ayurvedic & Yogic Psychology — understanding the elemental nature behind each chakra and how to restore balance
    • Integration Practices — journaling, reflective inquiry, and mindful living exercises

    The Journey Through the Seven Chakras

    • Muladhara (Root) – Stability, grounding, and trust

    • Svadhisthana (Sacral) – Flow, creativity, and emotional openness
    • Manipura (Solar Plexus) – Strength, willpower, and transformation
    • Anahata (Heart) – Compassion, forgiveness, and emotional healing
    • Vishuddha (Throat) – Expression, authenticity, and communication
    • Ajna (Third Eye) – Intuition, clarity, and insight
    • Sahasrara (Crown) – Awareness, surrender, and spiritual connection
    • Integration Module – Bringing all the chakras into alignment and harmony

    Additional Information

    • The teaching is in simple English.
    • You get the recorded video of the class so you can watch it afterwards in case you miss a class, or you want to repeat it. The video will available for 30 days. 
    • In case of holidays or Govind travelling, a recorded class will be sent instead of a live session. 
    • Things to bring: Yoga mat (+ pillow and blanket if you need them).
