This year-long beginner friendly program offers two immersive journeys of self-discovery inspired by the cycles of nature. Through yoga, meditation, and mindful connection, we explore how our inner landscape reflects the changing seasons – learning to rise, unfold, release and restore in harmony with life around us.
This program helps in developing qualities such as focus, emotional regulation, and grounded presence. These are valuable in many people-focused fields and everyday life, making the course suitable both for personal growth and professional life.

Spring invites us to rise, to open, and to grow. In this uplifting season, we focus on renewal, vitality, and the joy of rediscovering ourselves from within. The classes guide you to awaken inner strength and curiosity — just as nature begins to bloom again.

- You get the recorded video of the class so you can watch it afterwards in case you miss a class, or you want to repeat it. The video will available for 30 days.

- Things to bring: Yoga mat (+ pillow and blanket if you need them).
