Course Overview

Art of Inner Harmony is a 33-week deep journey into Ayurveda’s living wisdom, an invitation to understand life, emotions, and the mind through Ayurveda, the understanding of Prana, and the reflective tools of astrology.

You will learn how Ayurvedic knowledge can be applied in daily life, in health, food, relationships, and self-understanding, to create balance and clarity.

Each session blends philosophy, reflection, and meditation, helping you see how awareness transforms both inner and outer life. 

Pancha Prana Kriya, an ancient and subtle practice, is taught in depth by Govind in this course, including preparatory steps and guided application.

This program is for you if you feel drawn to holistic learning and personal growth – if you wish to understand yourself more deeply, bring balance to your emotions, and explore Ayurvedic philosophy in a grounded, mindful way. It is also well-suited for yoga teachers, psychologists, therapists, healers.. who wish to deepen their knowledge through a broader, integrative perspective on life and inner wellbeing.

 You will receive a digital course certificate upon completion.

  • You get the recorded video of the class so you can watch it afterwards in case you miss a class, or you want to repeat it. The video will available for 30 days. 
  • In case of holidays or Govind travelling, a recorded class will be sent instead of a live session. 
  • Things to bring: Yoga mat (+ pillow and blanket if you need them).
