This 33-week journey invites you to understand life, emotions and the mind through Ayurveda, the knowledge of Prana and the reflective tools of astrology.
You will learn how Ayurvedic insight supports daily life in health, food, relationships and self-understanding.
Each session brings together philosophy, reflection and meditation to show how awareness can transform both inner and outer life.
Pancha Prana Kriya is taught in depth by Govind with preparation and guided practice.
