Welcome to Yoga for the Busy Mind.
Join my course and take a step towards increasing your life quality.
This course is dedicated to teaching you how to implement healthy habits in your life with a little effort and how you can benefit from short yoga exercises.
During the course, I will release a new module with additional teachings every week for the next six weeks. You will receive an e-mail from me when a new module has been released so that you don’t have to use unnecessary energy remembering it yourself.
Every week I will upload two videos. In the first video, I will be introducing the subject and exercises where I will be talking more. In the second video, I will be guiding you through the exercises. The only exception is week six.
You can download and save the material in this course for future use. When the course is over you will still have lifetime access to this material and the platform, so no stress!
The membership forum is the only part of the course that will be shut down after the course has finished.
Here is the program for the course:
Module #1: Introduction week. Here you will get to know Govind and his approach to teaching Yoga. You will learn the first simple exercises.
Module #2: This week we will focus on something so simple as the breath. The breath is a powerful tool for you to make use of in your everyday life. Busy or not. Govind will show you how to implement breathing in order to get the most out of your exercises.
Module #3: Focus this week will be on grounding yourself. Not only through exercises but also through the food we eat. You will get advice on food to eat that promotes grounding and other methods you can implement to calm your thoughts and keep yourself well grounded.
Module #4: You are now halfway through the course and this week we will be working with our inner peace and balance. We will be exploring the emotions as we go through the exercises.
Module #5: This week we will be working with healthy morning habits. Getting a positive beginning of the day can keep you in balance for the rest of the day.
Module #6: The last week of the course is dedicated to meditation. Govind will introduce you to meditation and explain why it is so powerful. You can make use of the guided meditation that Govind has made to help you do short meditations during the week and you can keep the guided meditation for future use.
